当店クローズのニュースは、シンガポール在住日本人たちからも「ショックだ！」との声が複数SNSで出ています。
比較的高めの値段設定ながら、一時期店舗拡大路線にあったプリヴェですが、もしかしたら元CEOの事件に関する自社コメント（多くの批判を受けたもの）が躓きの始まりだったのかも知れません。
